i tend to agree, if i had tried 'no thank u' and the crap keeps up, i'd be pissed, too. probably wouldn't be so harsh, but still, it's a valid point.

I just click that little X and close the IM box. Some guys get the hint, that I am not interested and some do not.

I have tried saying I am busy now, or I have 3 other windows open right now (which is true). They will actually say, " I'll wait." WTF?!?!? Well you gotta consider the type of site were one. Lots of sex chat and that impulse is strong. I just put up with it. On a differant site not having anything to do with sex that would be differant. People can act a little nuts ya know and something equally as true as that is the fact that they all think they ARENT nuts. If you right click the chat window I think there is an "Ignore All IMs" option. Of course, then you can't chat in private with anyone, but hey-ho...
