Thats sound like a very productive day

Sounds like a nice place to have a run! what type of store is your friend opening up? Hope Apollo and Matt are doing fine and well and enjoyed their meals, you too also, hope the headache clears soon!
My day was fairly busy, usual sort of Friday, got up and ready, breakfast is an activa yoghurt and some special K (low fat) snack biscuits, I walk to work, it was the last day of school for the kids before summer breaks and as I was walking to work, you could see that they were fairly excited looking than normal, I remember that day too it was a great feeling! work was cool, I am working on a new project for the web selling to small businesses and catering outfits, so learning about new equipment they use etc...it was interesting! damn expensive stuff though! and if size matters to some, some of the pans are huge! they sure are the big boy versions of the catering trade (I wonder if chef's are big boys? mmmm lol) anyway, day ended and came home, popped and got some chicken, vegetables and rice for dinner, and chatted to a few friends on the phone/net, watched the big brother eviction, which was fairly boring but addictive, and settled down to watch some Flamenco after, I posted a new blog on mySpace of a dance called flamedance - found it on youTube, it is gorgeous, I love Flamenco alot, I think of it as gypsy! very volatile, emotional and quite stunning to watch! then chatted to my best friend for about an hour, fed the fish and off to slumberland and dreams! now it is Saturday and I'm off to the Farmers market to get my shopping, it is my favourite place to visit as they have all the seasonal vegetables and it is so refreshing there, makes me feel good about healthy food and it is all from local farms so it is nice to support the local community, I feel I'm doing my bit for them! there are some nice people working too, have a nice Saturday and catch up soon, catch you later! much love to you and your boys

Hiya Jason! I'm here. I've been out having fun (for once lol). It was a friend's birthday yesterday, and she wanted to go canoeing, so me, her, a bunch of our mutual friends all went up across the line into Tennessee, and hopped on a creek and canoed all day (well, I ended up being the odd man out so I had to rent a kayak). It was an 8 mile run and I kayaked around 6 miles (of which about 4 miles was shallow water so I had to hoof it) until I was exhausted, then I switched up and rode in a canoe with a buddy for the rest of the day. We had a blast....beer was had by all, and we all were feeling good by the trips end (put in at 12 and got out around 7). Well we all went our seperate ways, I picked up a quick bite to eat, headed to the house, got a shower, got all nice and sexy looking (well I'm already sexy, I just put on some clothes that made me even sexier lol), and then headed out to a local pub to meet up with the same friends to celebrate our friend's birthday. Well after Idk how many Jack and Cokes, about 3 shots (and bought the birthday girl the same), I head home around 2. Came home and attempted to email, and at some point in time I passed out on the couch. Woke up around 5, took my meds, crawled into bed and slept till almost 2. Well got up and horrible pain, and I've been laying on the couch all day trying to keep from dieing.

Have missed you too Jason. Sounds like you've been a busy boy since you've been back from So Flo.
