I have a brother, he's a few years younger younger, and it's kinda the same situation. I want to be a friend to him, but we're not really all that close.

I know, for a fact, that if my brother now or even several years down the road from now asked me to jackoff with him, I would say "No way freak!" and ignore him for several days until I felt the tension was over.

If I were you, I would stay VERY clear from that. You said you're not really close with him, jacking off together would be something that may possibly drive him far away from you for a while. That sort of thing (masturbation) between siblings & friends is very common. Most adults have stories of "show & tell" "playing doctor", etc. in their youth. I believe, as long as there isn't a significant age difference and it's consensual, it isn't really incest. Nor will it create present or future psychological scares.
