I think thats true, from my experience. I have a lot of experience from boarding school, which eradicates any sense of modesty a guy ever had, and...the older you become the more confident you become, and you just don't care what people think. I have better things to worry about other than "gee, will that guy check out my ass if I get naked?" or "I wonder if I look small right now?" It takes me a few seconds to get dressed, its just not that important. And if I am sharing a room, then chances are pretty high that paths are going to be crossed in the morning when you are rushing to get out the door...for me, efficiency wins out over privacy.
