I saw your pictures. I don't think you have too far to go really to be like the butts in the other pictures.

That probably means you are using a lot of quads then. Try something that uses more glutes and less quads like leg press with your feet up higher on the platform, or isolation exercise. I'm no expert at making bubble butts, so maybe someone else can give better advice.
