Exclamation Fashion Shock!!! Men in high heels

LPSG--

Invisibleman has heard that the new fashion trend in men's footwear is...(gulp!)
high heel shoes. I am totally shocked. Really.

I am tall. Wearing high heels is an goddamnable offense. Invisibleman doesn't EVEN wear platforms (even when they were stylish and I was short.). At times, I can't walk properly in the blond LUGS (Timberland lookalikes.). And those are regular men's shoes. Yeah, it is weird.

I think that if I saw Henry Rollins and 50 Cent in a pair of G-Unit high heels. I think that I will cry.

SO, SO glad that I'm a non-conformist.

My New Rock boots are as high as my heels are going to get.

There is a saying that , unfortunately, the rational man does what the world tells him while the irrational man expects the world to change for him. This is why all progress, good or bad is made by the irrational man.

Hahahahahahaha

Behind someone his actions there is always a reason, but you have to look for their reason and not yours.

Have you ever worn those things? Stand in them all day and see why women take off their shoes the moment they hit the house. It won't become a major fashion trend for most men. Altho, I'd like to see a video of a bunch of defensive linemen trying to walk in them. haha

Would you drive better if we shoved that cell phone/drink/sandwich/makeup/cordless razor up your butt?

This is exactly why I don't see it happening. I know people make a lot of sacrifices for fashion and looks, but... men got the free pass on shoes. We get to wear sneakers, boots or loafers - all of which are comfortable. Cowboy boots (as opposed to hiking/work boots) are probably the least comfortable footwear in our lineup, and even those aren't so bad once you break them in thoroughly. Why throw high heels into the mix, aside from it looking silly under a bigger frame.

That being said... I've still worn heels (my brother and I went in drag for Halloween one year) and I don't think they're that uncomfortable (or maybe my shoes weren't cute enough to be painful?), but I'll stick to running shoes as my casual shoe o' choice.

The difference is in the size and shape. A platform shoe had a full heel. Must womens pumps do not. Try walking on a pencil eraser with your foot jacked up super high. You have to put your weight on the front of the shoe. Plus, most men's platforms I saw had a raised footbed with it. The heel wasn't three inches higher than the front. Mens shoes have a full sized front. Womens pumps often come down to a narrow or pointed front.
They look attractive and might come in handy for sex toys but I think they'd be torture to stand in all day long.

You could probably hang heels from your pointed implants.
