I did a little research and discovered that there is actually a name for the look I was talking about. I know I'm going to catch hell for this, but it's called "chola", and it looks absolutely ridiculous. the dark lipliner, with or without lipstick, and the "shaved & sharpied" eyebrows just looks stupid.
