Can there be official circumcision sticky thread and foreskin restoration threads?

i believe it will free up some space and centralize questions for people who need input on the state of the circumcised/uncircumcised/restored(or in the process) foreskin. does anyone else agree?

this whole subsection is now flooded day by day with similar questions
