Fordyce's Spots

Ok i had these on the underside of my dick since i can remember as well as round the base and on my nutsack. I never really thought much of it and thought it was normal. I just wondered if they would ever disappear?

Also recently I had 2 swellings turn up, reddish-pink colour, is this normal? I noticed they started to reduce in size so I assume they are going. I was wondering wether they where also Fordyce's spots or something different? They seem to have the same yellow-white stuff underneath the skin, just they sting a little if i pinch them.

Probably just an infection in the skin, I wouldn't be too worried if you aren't sexually active... doesn't look to me like an STI, but only a doctor can tell you that for sure. Any cuts, or bites?

the time to have this looked at by a doc is now...while inflamed...my suspect is a herpe...is it comes and goes..itching...burning...sorry about your luck...but not the end of the world...but very communible...genital herpes is running amouck in this world...there is supression meds...that work but are not cheap...at least in the USA...i hope i am wrong...but i have seen this before....pls let people here know the results..

I had a small cyst about 30 years ago - looked like a yellow headed zit - family Doctor (used to work in STD Clinic) said just use warm water with cotton wool on it and, very shortly afterwards burst then healed up.
