White spots on penis one red..

Okay let me just say that first of all, im 20 years old. I have these white spots that are flaton the head of my penis.. I been stressing about it for the past 4 days, also under my penis hole on the other side i have white spots tha are flat as well except they have little tiny spec in the middle that barely pops out and i can tell it has puss inside. i cant notice it unless i spread the skin tight, or when my dick is flacid i can see it. I dont believe they ever use to be that noticable so i think its getting worse.

I was reading about genital warts and it says the same shit but then i read how it could be cysts which is what im hoping but i dont have my hopes up right now im pretty depressed.

But what im concerning right now is i have these white spots on my head of my penis. About a year ago, there was this girl who really was the worst mistake of my life. Not only did she give me strep throat one day after i kissed her, but now i think she gave me genital warts. I never did sleep with her, but i did grind on her naked a couple times. and she had these little bumps in the wall of her vagina. I was really concerned about it and i asked her about it multiple times, she told me shes had it since she was 12 or whatever. Fast forward a year , now this is haunting me again.. Now these memories are coming back to me and making me wonder..

I attached a pic here so you guys can see what im talking about. And before you say get tested, yes i want to get tested, im just concerned about the money. I dont have any at all right now. ARe there any clinics that offer free STD testing??? Any help would be appreciated. Right now im very sad because i know if its genital warts it cannot be cured and im worried that the white spots will be huge warts that haunt me for the rest of my life... God damnit.. i cant believe this..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Planned Parenthood might offer free testing. The local health department might also.
Call them the worst that can happen is you actually get information concerning their prices.

Maybe I'm blind but I see no spots in the picture you posted. Sorry I can't be of more help.

dude...if you had warts you would know it...they normally are not on the head of penis...more on crotch/groin...if you are talking about the uinderside of your cock...your o k...pearl bumps...yes they have a bit of fluid/cream/puss...normal...they condition your skin...when you get erect they pop...and keep you from ripping...mother nature is no accident....the skin is constantly growing changing...cock skin being thin especially re-geneates....if you nick/scratch it...if you are healthy it goes away quickly...as far as gettting worse..i think you may notice them more as you get older...body parts change...good luck...and keep a close eye on your willy

dude....calm down I can't see any spots on your pics...like the other guy said the white things are pearl bumps which are totally safe and normal....look in your phone book or get on your computer and check for sexual health and planned parent hood clinics in your area....you could also try a walk in medical clinic

I can see anything in the pic, but from what you have said I would sayPearly penile papules. Multiple, small (about 1-3mm) papules running around the circumference of the crown of the glans penis. They typically develop in men aged 20 to 40, and around 10 per cent of all men are affected.

If these just suddently appeared 4 days ago, then go see a doctor. pearly papules appear progresively during puverty in uncircumcised males. They wouldn't be white on circumcised males.

i go them when i hit my twemties and saw a urologist. they are harmless polyps. not aids as some silly folks have suggested nor are they contagious.

Thanks for the replies guys really appreciate it. I do have pearly penile paplules and i have know about them about 6 months ago, they go around the rim of my penis and are very small.

But the ones im concerned about are the other ones. they are much bigger than the pearly penile papules i have, but my question is can they lead away from under the rim, and be bigger? the bigger ones start out just under the hole and spread out in this shape V (flipped upside down) and go in a line... is that normal?

Hard to see or tell anything from the pics. Does not look like genital warts. Contact your local health dept. and ask where you can find a STD clinic and get it looked at and tested. In addition to STD's there is a lot of stuff out there these days such as male yeast infections and other fungi.
