I have trouble getting a nice, full flaccid. So I was wondering if there anything I can eat/take at home without having to order anything. Any certain foods?

I hear drinking a lot of H20 helps and I am currently jelqing.

exercise, jelq, h2o, l-arginine, zinc. also find you pc muscles and work them out a lot
