Shaving your balls...

...and general pubic region.

Speaking of all this pubic hair, I had a few questions. I wanna shave my pubes, but I was wondering how others that do it go about it. I've only done it once before, a long while ago before I was using a razor to shave, so I got pretty bad razor burn. Here are the questions:

1. Should I use an electric trimmer first and then a razor to get close?

2. How often do you shave to keep it from itching? I realize this is different for everyone, just curious on this one.

3. How do you go about shaving your balls? Seems like the extra skin might make that difficult.

if you're shaving your pubes, then yes use an electric clipper and get the hair down and short as possible, then take a razor to it. You should always shave with the grain the first few times until your skin gets used to it. I'd shave the area every 2 to 3 days depending on how fast your hair grows (facial hair growth time is usually a good indicator).

Once you get the hang of shaving your balls, its really a quick and easy process. Always shave with the grain. I find that if my balls and sack are shrunken up and pulled up against my body its easier. you can just grab the skin and pull it out and shave away. Shaving time is the same as pubes....once every 2 or 3 days.

I shaved my balls once while on the phone with a friend. She called me while I was in mid-shave. She'd have freaked out if she knew what I was doing. haha Ummm I only did it once. Being smooth down there made me too horny. Plus, it itches worse than redbugs when it starts to grow back.

I have never had any itch problems. I shave when they are ice cold, so they are baby smooth when done. To start, using a trimmer to shorten them is a good idea.

New End, you must keep yours shaven. I chose to let it grow back. That's when it itched.

I keep my balls shaved. While I am pretty hairy all over my body, my balls only have a few scraggly hairs. It looks better for them to be clean shaven, instead of like a 14 year old trying to grow a beard. I shave them in the shower every 4 or 5 days, when there's enough stubble on them. I bet it's been at least 15 or 16 years that I've been shaving them. As to my bush, I just trim it back, I don't go smooth--I tried it once and while it made my stuff look absolutely ginormous, it was too freaky for me. The itching was awful. My balls don't itch as the hair grows back, but I never let it get long enough between shaves, I guess.

i shave first with conditioner to soften the hair plus with hot water.
Then i go against the grain for a super smooth shave with shaving cream

I follow the same procedure. Shave the balls and trim the bush.

Trimming pubes is one thing but why do men shave their balls?

My ex introduced me to shaving my balls - she'd read it was one of the only things that porn got right - no hairs in her mouth when she blew me. She actually shaved them for me in the shower, I was rock hard despite her wielding a razor near my balls, I found the whole thing very horny. Now I keep them shaved. try veet for men, if you have that in america. it says you shouldnt use it on your genitals but i have and it works really well, much smoother than shaving

I trim my pubes with scissors and shave my testicles. I tried it a few years ago and liked the clean & smooth look and feel so I kept it up...I only do it once a week or so and it's very easy to do. My grooming results are attached.
