help : jelqing problem (my vein hurt)

dear all.
this is my first thread, hope you all help me.
last week after jelq my vein ( near my dick head ) got too strength & after my dick flaccid my vein never back to normal till now. what should i do ?
this is hurt man.... plz help me ..
