Oh my, that poor guy.

A man I know here had both testicles injured in a freak accident at his job. One was injured but the other was totally crushed. They removed the destroyed testicle. Poor man. It was several years ago, and I still feel sorry for him. A guy just wants to keep both of them.

At least it happened quick.My right testicle twisted,strangled and ruptured over a 3 hour period.All because of pulling my groin,morphene was my friend that day!And yes it had to be removed after 2 weeks because it died and began to rott..I still have nerve damage from the surgery.

I don't even know what that term means. Can it be 'put back together' like a broken bone or does it necessarily have to be removed? 'Fractured' seems like an oxymoron when used about soft tissur, but omg, yikes.

It is an oxymoron rupture is the proper word.Mine had to be removed because the rupture cut off the blood supply and it died and began to decompose.It was removed to prevent gangrene spreading.Thanks for the comment on my gallery

there's a membrane around the testicle that keeps everything in. i think when enough pressure is put on it, it rips, pops, breaks, or ruptures.
