Star of the BBC program Dr. Who.
I find him mildly attractive in the cute-dork-next-door kind of way, but I had to take a closer look when I heard on BBC's Top Gear that his castmates call him "David Teninch". Anyone know anything further?

Apparently the nickname was coined by co-star Billie Piper. Don't know if there is any truth to the claim, but the idea of Billie being a size queen is appealing.
