Definitely! Nobody sane is going to get bent over an accidental hard-on. If you start exposing it toward somebody who does get upset, that's another matter.
Human bodies aren't offensive, period, so seeing a dick or breasts or an ass can't be offensive in itself. The supid violence of the anti-penis vigilantes, on the other hand, always is.
Reminds me of the guy on this site who said that a visible penis line under clothing was illegal. If he met more guys like you on his walks (assuming he lives some place where there are people), maybe he could learn to relax enough to freeball too.
