Unfortunately I was born in Canada (Canacaca I call it) and the circumcision rate is now much lower than in the US, but is still quite high. Nova Scotia is located in North America just north of the American border, and is not a primitive backward place. I've seen lots of Nova Scotian cocks and about half are cut.
