You need to get more practice. Relax, take your time, get more practice.

Practice rolling a condom on, and jerking off in one.

Then go makeout with your gf til you're ready to pop. Then roll on a condom, and get to it.

I used to have issues with it too, but started putting a condom on when i was going to have a long jack session....now it works under cover just fine.
