Done right, PE improves your sex life.
You can have sex every day while doing PE. You may have to work on your timing and establish priorities. Have sex, and then do your PE as your schedule allows.
It is better to take more time to get your gains. Put another way, there's nothing wrong with quick gains, but striving for quick gains can put you at greater risk for injury. Going at a slower pace may mean that you do not gain at all (in which case you can adjust your routine), or you do not gain as quickly, but gradual gains do add up.
Whether length or girth is easier to gain depends on the individual. |
