Girth enhancers

Has anyone ever tried a penis extension or a girth enhancer with a partner and what was your experience with that. good or bad?

I tried one with my wife once and she went crazy loving it. She loves me for me and is just fine with what I have but is always open to playing with some fun toys for a change.

I've tried them with my ex and current gf. They both seem to prefer the real thing over the sleeve. My current gf says that it feels weird. They are good to use on vibrators though. I guess nothing beats the real thing!
