I had my tonsils out a bit later in life than most - only about 7 years ago. I could deepthroat before, and I still can, after. In my experience, the shape of the cock pretty much determined how easy or difficult it is. For me, a bit of curve really helps. An up-curve is best for 69, a down-curve is better for approaching from the other direction; a curve to either side is best approached from that side.
