There are many factors to a woman's satisfaction other than her partner's penis size or circumcision status, including her feelings towards her partner, how well he communicates, how romantic he is, how responsive and attentive he is, how good his technique is, how attractive he is, etc.
It's widely recognized that many women are
not sexually satisfied and many have difficulty achieving orgasm. Many women don't look forward to sex (and may even avoid it), and only do it to please their partners (who probably aren't satifsfied, either, because they can tell she's not enjoying it, and because they aren't getting as much sex as they want). This is a big problem in hetero relationships and one of the reasons those relationships fail.
There are lots of theories about why this is so, many of which focus on things like poor communication between partners, men's insensitivity and lack of attention to the woman's needs, and poor technique. All of which are probably true to varying degrees.
Women's satisfaction with regards to their partner's circumcisions status is difficult to assess. I doubt that many American women have had enough uncut partners (if any) to have formed an opinion about which is more satisfying. Most women I know base their preference on aesthetics.
Kristen O'Hara has published a theory that intercourse can be uncomfortable for women if the man is circumcised. I doubt that this possibility even occurs to most people. Wouldn't it be interesting if this turned out to be the "real" problem so many hetero couples face? Of course, much more research needs to be done.
