I had the same issues till my doctor diagnosed anxiety disorder and put me on 2 mil atavan. There not expensive (25 bucks without ins)and I get at least 6 hours sleep and no problem dozing off. Sorry to hear of your problem. If it isn't that maybe you need an hour or so of some real down to earth sex that usually helps. And recently I read how eating even 2 hours before bedtime can cause sleep disorders. I think they suggest no later then 4 hours before bedtime. I am totally guilty of this one.
