Try getting exercise and eating right. Be strict about it. I used to be fat myself. I lost all my fat in one summer when I was 13. I would be out all day everyday playing sports and making sure I eat more healthy, so no junk food. I got my results pretty fast from doing that. I never gained that weight back either. Just get as much exercise as possible. Eat healthy. And only eat till you're not hungry not till you're full. |
