When selecting actors for porn what are the criteria?

For the male actors in porn it seems that larger penis size, more ejaculate, ability to stay hard and increasingly physique are the most important qualifications.

What about the women? What do you think their primary attributes are for being cast? Some are known for deepthroating, some for breast size. How about vaginal depth?

Which is more of a turn on? Watching the woman take it all or when the guy is "too much" for her?

List, if you would, in order of importance for each gender, what you think are the most important traits of a porn actor/actress.

I can only address issues about men since they're the people I hire in this business. Dick size can be a good asset, but being able to get hard, stay hard and essentially cum on command are more important for most of us. But even more important than any of these things is that you show up for jobs on time, don't take drugs on the set, don't bring 'drama' with you to your work, and know how to follow instructions.

Professionalism. I don't think some people realize, it's just a job. Pro's have done this many, many times and it's not like they are some mark just getting in the game.
