I placed an order for hardwear in sterling silver but have not gotten a confirmation other than from Paypal of my current expenditure. Does anyone know how to reach someone at myhardwear.com because i have had no luck at any of their extensions....and I left several messages with not one return callsfrom any of the staff. Where is Andyo or anyone else who can assist me?

Andyo I sent you my cell # please call or write back as I am concerned that I have heard from any person in regards to my recent order or my new order I plan to place for a platinum device.

Did anyone else have this issue when ordering from them?

I'll let you know once I hear Andyo...or any hardwear staff about my order. I paid $269.00 for the sterling silver and the platinum I want to buy when someone calls me back.

yes i have thier set...did not spring for the silver...pewter was pricey enough...i spoke to the star of the show..black guy cannot remeber his name...fun fella...he is into the product 100%...it took about 2 weeks to get the product...they are internet based primarily...but i believe a valid retailer...if you have not used thier eqipment..it is a challenge...but works..you need to watch out when j/o...it will hit you forehead and beyond...removing and putting on the rings...full balls is tricky..practice make perfect..but i must say the good silicone 2 dollar kind work just as well for me...try the small one on the head of cock only...the weight of it feels good

I hope you checked your size with the "cheapo's" first. I had to order twice before I ended up with the Wide Boy set and it's still kinda tight on my nuts because when I am hard they are really tight.

the 3 piece set came with small horseshoe for head of cock...no O ring..that item is too small for much else...middle size for full balls/cock...larger size for same...you will find that sometimes the middle size was too small for comfort...i ordered the 1 3/4 and the 2 inch...the larger is a bit large for me...i have low hangers...but when they are up tight then the 2 inch is great...as you know the cock and balls have thier own way of thinking sometimes...after a long session i have down sized and the 1 3/4 works best...takes time...you can custom order any combo for add'l money...i suspect no returns so measure carefully...also the pewter is flexible...bending is easy...and the O rings allow some adjustment for between size...once you put it on you kind of better understand the concept...evander is a cool guy...compliment him for his star quality and he will bonus you some video's...
