It is extremely rare. Is there anyone here who has experienced male breast cancer and would like to comment? If so, how did you discover the problem -- what prompted you to seek med help?

I honestly don't know. My breast tissue (in both breasts) was removed completely when I was 13 because it had grown too big. They were afraid that I might develop cancer. I think you would feel your breast tissue. Men have a button of it under their nipple. Feel it for lumps and changes in texture. Also go get a mammogram. And yes, men can get them too. Nothing replaces a medical exam by a real physician in determining whether or not something is amiss.
