Fractal Furniture

I tend to prefer antique or colonial American furniture but this is pretty cool. Fractal Furniture http://www.tmiyakawadesign.com/fractal-2.html

whoa! that is cool. though I must say, I think I would find myself playing with the drawers and trying to make all sorts of patterns and what not with them

interesting. The chairs didn't look very comfortable, though.

Everything old is new again. It reminds me a bit of the constructivists with a touch of international school thrown in. Perfect for all of those mid century modern houses that people are trying to renovate.

I love it!

I can only imagine how much fun the maker had trying to figure out which drawer to put in which hole once all the parts were assembled.

I guess that's one of my little quirks. I love stuff like that.

When I got my Ikea set at 10 I wouldn't let my mother touch anything unless it was to lift something heavy. To me that thing looks like a monster Rubik's cube.

Though I guarantee after I put stuff in the various drawers I'd never find any of it again.

Weird. I've been trying to explore fractal geometry in a number of different fields of design. Just for fun I've been designing/building a fractal bird-bath for my mom's birthday.

For some reason that thing reminds me of a Xerox machine.

(maybe it's the crunchy mayonaise playing tricks with my eyes)
