Yes. this will work. Take a rope, and tie it to your member. tie the other end of the before mentioned rope, to a cinderblock. Throw said cinderblock out a window.
I use a combination of stretches and qelqing. 10 minutes warmup followed by 15 30 second stretches and 30 wet jelqs. www.pegym.com has good advice I think.
I wouldn't do one right after another I would do pumping one day and jelqing the next. But it seems solid for the most part but be more descriptive in your routine and what you are doing. So we can give more feedback.
i really don't give a shit about any negative comments. there are millions of guys doing pe. i usually do alternate 10 min. on the pump then 50 or so jelqs. it just makes sense to me to use both techniques.
