| | Banned | This may seem silly to some, but I have put so much effort and money into the Clinton campaign and I really do admire her so much that it is almost painful for me to see her not get the nomination. There are some hurt feelings in the democratic party, we have not been kind with each other. This issue has almost split the Democratic Party, and its time now to reconcile and remember who we are running against. I think Hillary and Bill will always be respected and admired and useful in the Democratic party. I just know that deep down, that Obama has NEVER seen dirty politics yet until he faces the entire right wing Repulican party. They are going to be almost unbelievable this summer and fall. Get ready for alot of rhetoric. | | | |

| | | It happens every election cycle. You should have seen how pissed off the Deaniacs were. Hillary got velvet gloves compared to the sleazy trick Terry McAuliffe pulled on Dean, using stealth 527 groups,
which after the primaries, when they are required to be reported, were fond to have been funded by the like of Gephardt, Edwards and Kerry.

Of course, saying you know something doesn't make it true. For anyone.

| | Banned | well i certainly hope not, i know this sounds lame and naive, but I wish for once we could all come together as americans. I hate hearing and I use it too, separated as groups, like blue collar, college educated, white, black, gay, straight, men, women... its very tiring. | | | |

Clinton has, unfortunately, done the opposite. I am shocked at the numerous mis-steps that have plagued her campaign, the majority of which come from herself and her own team. Her adoption of Rovian campaign tactics designed to breed fear and distrust amongst Americans in order to achieve her own personal success have forced me to withdraw my support for her and focus on Obama's candidacy. | Yes I agree here. I think very highly of the Clintons, both Bill and Hillary, but were quite disappointed in the manner in which she conducted her campaign. I said months ago that I would not think too highly of either candidate who resorted to such tactics. Quote:

It's since been changed. Now it reads "the best way to secure long-term peace and security in Iraq is to establish a stable, prosperous, and democratic state..." A change in position? Or camouflage? You can't fool all the people all the time, but they have done an excellent job of fooling enough.

| | | Actually, more and more of the Hillary supporters are starting to realize that Obama is the next best choice if their preferred candidate doesn't get the nomination, and that McCain will only serve to worsen the situations that they were hoping Clinton would fix. In the next six months, enough of them will give in. | | | |
