I'm a pretty slim guy, and I've been searching the net for some good exercises to work the gluteus (butt) muscles, so that i can fill out my jeans in the back a little more . Any suggestions?
P.S. Learn how to do them from a pro and have someone watch your form. If you get sloppy with squats and legs presses, the consequences can be really ugly.
