Wow I can't believe I'm responding to this but here goes. Far be it for me to preach against masturbation, but I certainly DO think there is a 'life force' and 'energy' in our sexuality and sexual emissions. But, I tend to be of the mindset that this energy & life force are
renewable. If a man or woman is horny, then an orgasm solves that but lo & behold, after a few hours, most of us at least have the capacity to feel 'horny' again. That's called libido & it's a result of chemicals & neurons interacting and cells growing in our prostates & bodies and needing to be expelled. If masturbating or having orgasms caused us to not be able to create future cells & future generations then the world's population would be decreasing, not increasing because everyone masturbates or has emissions at some point. Right?

Preserving your seed so to speak really doesn't matter. There really isn't any "life force" or "energy" as some people think. So you can't "use it up". There are 60 and 70 yo's who have fathered children.
