painful night-time erections

sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night with a painful night-time erection and the penis is very very rigid and wont go away and I have hard time getting back to sleep like this :(

what can be done about this?

Are your daytime erections also painful?

Nighttime erections are o.k. [even very rigid ones] but I'm a bit concerned about your mention of "pain". Maybe you should call or see a Urologist about that.
