| | | really? we're really going to turn this thread around and attack me huh? wow....you guys are unbelievable
First off I wasn't hitting on shit....We were going to be hanging out for the next two hours @ the bar together. what was I supposed to do ignore him? that would have made me about as nice as him. I know its hard for some to believe (apparently) but i was brought up with great manners. I even give manners to people I don't wanna fuck or don't find cute...wow imagine that!
Second I was only talking about homos because he was one. I can say whatever the hell I want about gays. Partly because I am one, partly because I have been in the LA and SF club scene since I was legally an adult. Has nothing to do with generalization, has to do with meeting hopelessly rude gay people all the time. I never said he defined the gay culture. Talk about putting words in my mouth!!!
bleh whatever im done with this thread.....thanks for killing it for me.

Men are men gay or str8 how does being enthralled with looks make gay men different from their str8 counter-parts? I mean even if you say it in French men are still pigs.... Just not all the time.

Your comment about being part of the club scene tells a lot, too. The club scene is notorious for many, many less-than-desirable qualities for us down-to-earth folks.

Lol, agreed, but the gay scene in itself is same as, i will probably get slaughtered for this, the gay scene is very shallow and fickle and you are only as good as today as to what comes around tomorrow.
To be honest to the OP , i would have had to ask the person why he was being so ignorent and rude.

| | | How rude! I hate that. But it's not only gays: people are rude like that at work too I've found, men, women, all ages and degrees of (un)attractiveness... maybe they are all gays/lesbians but I doubt it. For example I'll greet them and they'll not say anything or even smile to acknowledge me, but just ask for what they want.
However I think the hardcore scene queens tend to be like this more often. You know the type who virtually inhabit the local gay bar and regard it as an great achievement to be "famous" in their little pond of gay bars and clubs. Usually drawing attention to themselves by being loud/obnoxious/ridiculously dressed etc.
I came across someone who announced that "everyone on the scene" knew him from Cardiff to Plymouth, as if that was something to be proud of!

To be honest to the OP , i would have had to ask the person why he was being so ignorent and rude. | "Club scene" is pretty self-explanatory. What do you mean by "gay scene?"
Otherwise, I agree completely with your side-by-side posts.
