For me, they're a combination of belt and bikini. I wear them as a swimsuit whenever possible, they are mainly to sustain a certain amount of sensation which then is always at the ready for further space-devouring.

I wear mine to keep my package in place while swimming and it really helps, not really for the keeping it hard part, also I like the way it feels and the looks I get after swim meets in the showers...I've turned many of my friends on to them also...almost half my buds on my swim team have them and wear them.
