I think Joey is beautiful. And I'm pretty sure the reason he was wearing a shirt in the hot tub (and is never seen shirtless) is because he has some nasty stretch marks from all of the heavy lifting. Sometimes you can see these marks when he is wearing his trademark muscle shirts. I suppose this may lead to some negative body image feelings. But if I had his body I would show it off constantly.

God, you just gotta love the internet--see something on tv and 20 minutes later, the whole world can see it. Joey is a hot guy....but his personal demons are many.
I agree with other posts that he has poor body image, sexual confusion and probably an itty bitty dick.....

However he is most in need of some professional help....for the above as well as his alcoholism and past molestation.
