Wash your pillowcases more often. Just like the last one... the oil from your skin or hair gets on them and then sits on your face all night.
Theses are things that worked for me. Just by drinking more water you should see results in a day or so. |
I must say, I only drink water, milk and fruitjuice, nothing else... So that's not the problem. I also went to a dermatologist and I had a cure that I must follow. I must say, now it's a lot bettern but sometimes there are a few zips comming back, the one with a lot of liquid or something like that.
I tried the toothpaste last night and it works for me. Thanks unabear and the others who had the same idea!
