Help, i feel like i have to pee when getting head

ok, so i go to the batroom before getting head, but for some reason when i get head i feel like i have to go again. I havnt always had this problem, im only 21, and it really bothers me. I am pritty sure i wont actually go, but i feel like the muscle is releaseing in the urethra or something and it feels odd. I dont know if anyone else has this problem, and if there is anything to do about it. I dont have health insurance so any suggestions besides "go to the docter" would be helpful.

i think its to do with sensitivity. i get this sometimes as well.

Go to a county ER, more than likely they won't charge you for pro service's
