I know, and I hate getting lumped in with all the rest. Women make incorrect assumptions about me just because I'm a guy. I don't even try making conversation anymore because I've got three strikes against me before even opening my mouth.

Then why do women call each other sluts and whores? When I was in college, I lost count of how many women would walk up to their friend and say, "hey, ho!" or "yo, ho!"or even yell it at a friend who was 50 yards away and the whole quadrant would hear it. I'm not saying it's right or that I'm justifying the behavior, (in fact, I found it frustrating to hear those women say that to one another), but do you see how this causes confusion? The problem, I see is that it's on both sides of the coin. Women need to demand respect from men and women and they need to live it. It's like a time I was at a dance club and this song with the chorus of "shake your ass, bitch" came on and the women literally ran to the dance floor. Dancing like a stripper while some singer is calling you a bitch is not the way to signal to a guy that you are looking for his respect. A standard has to be held and demanded.

I agree with some of the previous posts that a lot of guys don't call their wives/fiancees/girlfriends/friend with benefits, etc a slut or whore in the bedroom. I don't think the porn industry is an indicator of that kind of a trend. It doesn't surprise me that things are becoming abusive in the porn industry, b/c well, you're dealing with the nature of the beast. As pointed out in an earlier post........the weirder/more abusive/extreme it gets the more money the participants make. Basically said, greed. Greed and respect don't mix, period. The other factor is that up to 80% of all women involved in the porn industry were molested and/or raped as girl and/or teenagers. Basically said, bad boundaries is normal for them, b/c they don't exactly know what a good, healthy, normal sexual relationship is like, thus they allow themselves to be abused, b/c it's normal for them. Once again, I'm not saying I agree with it. I agree, this needs to be done away with, but in all honesty, as long as greed and sexual abuse are happening, then it will be that much more prominent in porn.

The fact of the matter is, 95% of the men in the world would never dream of calling their S.O. a slut or a whore in the bedroom, (perhaps in a fit of rage)

of course these statistics are made up, but I don't think calling women slut and whores, or anything else, against their wishes, has increased to any rate to be alarmed about, due to porn. Some of the OP's original acts probably have increased, but if they have, it is more than likely because that is what she wants, not because it gets a guy off because he saw it on porn.

I think women many times have way off base assumptions about why men like sex. They like it because it feels good, and it makes them feel useful to please someone else. Yes, there are latent rapists out there, that love sex just for the control, and there are the immature that love it just for the ego boost, but those are the minority, not the majority.
