New End, I know several people in adult films, several big names, and several not so big names (almost completely uknown). They all get paid well. It's not per hour, but per scene. And yes, women get paid MUCH more than men on all levels. It starts out as a base amount for a scene, say 1,000, and it is added on to the more a woman is willing to do. Interracial, add another thousand, no condom, add another thousand, double penetration means double salary, etc.
My friend and his gf (two very small names in the industry) made well over 600k a year combined. She moved onto bigger and better things in the industry, making quite a bit more than previously, and from what I can tell, never considered herself abused or mistreated, even when taking 7 men at a time. Sure it was rough, but well worth the 15k check for a day's worth of work she said. |
