Two really good things to do:
1. Don't question how you know what you want, just go with whatever flavor of the day you want to lick. Otherwise it means you're trying to pigeonhole and categorize yourself. Don't do that because it only leads to misery.
2. You may find that the person you're with will be all you want. You really like steak and you really like shrimp but if you never have shrimp again, you won't be denied anything that makes you really happy. You may also find someone who is bisexual as well and open to your orientation. It's not nearly so rare as you might think. It's just done very quietly so you don't hear about it so much.
Whatever happens, don't sweat it. When you really fall in love, you'll know the answers intuitively and work them out together.
