Boy, those photos HAVE been around for a long time, but, remember, they were done BEFORE Photoshopping. It IS possible. After all, he doesn't look as if he has 15 inches, but since 13+ is thought to be the medical record, why not?

Dillon, those photos by all account are authentic. To my knowledge they were obtained by none other than the late Gary Griffin for either his periodical "Penis Power Quarterly" or one of his books. They are of a South American boy (we'll call him 18 years-old but I've heard something else.) Lacking a yardstick atop his penis, his exact measurements remain unknown; one caption calls him 17" while another 15." Either way, with his short overall stature they are astounding.

Actually photoshopping is as old as photography itself. The digital method requiring a computer and Adobe software is what you are referring to... the program is based on actual processes done in a photoshop... hence the name of the product.

I have inspected a couple of pictures and sure enough they have been altered. The boy's penis was created separately and then added very neatly to the photo of the boy.
