O-Bends

Just a new method of PE i discovered on thundersplace, really works well for me so i thought i'd share it. I cant be bothered explaining the whole thing, just type "my girlfriend said those lovely words" into a search on thunders place and check it out, it works really well. The guy who came up with got the most gains i have ever seen. One thing i have found is if you warm up in the shower and do them under the hot water, it really cuts down the stress you put on the penis hence increasing efficacy. I suppose anything will stretch more efficiently if it is immeresd in hot water. Enjoy.
