Saturday Check in

I woke up, ate, played dinosaurs with my son, ran some errands, came home, ate lunch, took a nap, work up, ate dinner. Eventually I should get started on a backlog of work I've been avoiding.

Just back from a graduation party, sittin' here surfin the web and pulling hard on my dick. Just Kidding!! Riding the exercise bike, watching NASCAR and working the keyboard here. Gonna eat later.

Lean body bar and banana. Hit the gym. Weights (as I missed yesterday and cardio (3.5 hrs). Protein shake. Swam and laid by the pool with buds. Watched the derby with another protein shake. Watching Mont-Phil Hockey game (2nd intermission). Gonna hit a few bars with friends later this evening.

We had a wonderful day today in NewYork City shopping. Then popped into Soho to visit some friends. I love the city.

just got done eating some fish and chips for dinner.....sitting here again on a long boring saturday night.....lol tvs on a telethon for pbs....someone beat that for boredom

Siting dissapointed in front of a pile of drinks that me and my friends didn't mange to empty on tonights party at my place...BTW, it wasn't some party; Girl that I expected didn't come...so, I can try to empty some of these bottles, anyway no work tomorrow...

Up at 5:30.
Two hours of meditation.
Poured over Saturday edition of newspaper at a coffeeshop.
Hour-long bike ride.
Bought gnocchi and pesto, bottle of wine ... had slow supper while reading another newspaper.
Cleaned up place.
Emails.
Read book.
Fukhin' the dawg on LPSG.

Ate at mall - chicken, salad and pasta
Sat on Brookstone's deluxe massaging chair for 1/2 hour
Godiva dark chocolate/raspberry bar (over $3)
