Anywho, in my opinion, I believe you understand that you did wrong, although may not fully grasp the gravity of the situation. The U.S. legal system as I understand it is fairly unforgiving once it comes down onto you so the best solution is to just avoid the court/jail/incarceration .

thanks for showing me the error of my ways. of course i didn't understand the gravity of my ways. i thought the judge was going to let me go scott free, then invite me over to his house for twister. then i was going to drive home so i can get popped again for the same infraction and get MORE jail time. why is everybody convinced that i don't fully understand the situation??

Well don't be ridiculous. It's a well known fact that Judges don't play Twister. Their game is Hangman.

i know, i just don't understand why people think they need to explain the process to me as if i'm not aware of it
