Reasons why jail sucks

Rape occurs in prison, no doubt, but it happens far less than it's made to seem. The truth is that many guys willingly enter into hook-ups with guys because it either gives them physical comfort or protection. Some are coerced through mental intimidation, few are forcibly raped. It's not really that easy to forcibly rape a grown man. Prisoners who are identified as being HIV poz are generally removed from the general population.

lol, unfortunately i've never been, i was only in jail. jail usualy has separated showers. hopefully i'll never see whats its like inside a prison wall, i've heard that they use ANYTHING as a condom, even potato chip bags. OUCH!!!

this was an excellent thread and a good warning to me, because people now get arrested for very small things, including lots of exhibitionistic moments. Less in big cities like NYC here, but I did read yesterday of a bunch of Wichita, Kansas gays getting arrested in some XXX video places and a park. I tend to forget how much more conservative some of this stuff has gotten.

Sorry you had to do this, though, for such a small illegality. always happening in LA, including with the bimbo celebs. Now you'll appreciate Roscoe's more, I betcha! won't worry that the waflles and chicken didn't work right esthetically. But I think it's all wrong you had to go to jail for that. They should have fined you or given you some community service. Or just held you for a half hour or so. The jail situation in the U.S. is a disgrace.
