I agree with Ms. Teacher 100%. While the Dempsey is a looker, I find him in no way, shape or form to be the hottest man on television right now. Simon Cowell could be the hottest man on televison because he always looks sweaty though.

LOL Simon is smart but so not sexy. Does he have any other shirts besides t-shirts? There are other guys mentioned in the magazine, but I can't see Dempsey as being the sexiest.
