The I love you enough poem

I wrote a poem a few minutes ago. I was thinking while reading a book then I started writing my thoughts down. I liked the idea so I turned it into a poem for that someone... enjoy

I love you enough to want to see you.
I love you enough to give you a place to stay.
I love you enough to help you break into a new place.
I love you enough to teach you where to go and how to get around.
I love you enough to show you the good and bad with the trust that you wont deceive me.
I love you enough to keep a secret.
I love you enough to tell you all of mine.
I love you enough to hold you tight in my arms.
I love you enough to sleep with you.
I love you enough to be there for you 24/7 no questions asked.
I love you enough to do things for you out of the pure goodness of my heart.
I love you enough to only expect two things from you in return.
I love you enough to be real with you.
I love you enough to admit my faults.
I love you enough to accept you for who you are.
I love you enough to not care about what others think.
I love you enough to never let you down.
I love you enough to never make you cry.
I love you enough to respect you.
I love you enough to treat you the way you deserve to be treated.
I love you enough to put our friendship first.
I love you enough... Do I need to prove it anymore?

I love you enough to say what I honestly think and feel.
I love you enough to sit down, shut up and listen to you attentively.
I love you enough to laugh at your jokes.
I love you enough to explain mine.
I love you enough to keep a secret.
I love you enough to tell you all of mine.
I love you enough to hold you tight in my arms.
I love you enough to trust you with my body.
I love you enough to make your eyes roll back with ecstasy.
I love you enough to give you the time of your life
I love you enough to tell you you’re beautiful even when you think you’re not.
I love you enough to always want you to have a smile on your face.
I love you enough to be there for you 24/7 no questions asked.

I love you enough to be very tolerant with you.
I love you enough to always be mindful and try to say the right things.

I love you enough to be polite and courteous and be a gentleman towards you.
I love you enough to accept you for who you are.
I love you enough to not care about what others think of me and you.
I love you enough to comfort you when you need comfort and be a shoulder to lean on.
I love you enough to never let you down.
I love you enough to never make you cry.
I love you enough to respect you as a person.
I love you enough to appreciate you as a human being.

I found a dvd with some of my writing on...I felt so ashamed

Anyway, you should do all the editing pre-release.

If you want feedback: It just sounds like a personal, stream of consciousness narrative. For something to be effective it has to tell a universal truth...or be very cleverly structured.

Still, I bet you feel better after writing that
