Bad erection?

This is my background:
I watch porn, maby every second day and masterubate 2-3 times a week.

When I try to measure/stop stroking, its semi erect by the time the ruler is at the right place, and if im not start to stroke it agien it will be flaccid in like 5 seconds.
And most of the time the erection is pretty soft.

I have imbalans in the immune defence at the moment, maby thats the reason, or is it mental


What do you think, is it common for a 19 year old ?

Does someone know what the cause can be and how to make things better?

i have the same problem with measuring and taking pics. Go to grab the tape measure of the camera, and my little guy gets a touch of performance anxiety. Got to be mental

thats gotta be true, ive noticed the same thing, if im sitting up its rock hard, like so hard it hurts, when i lay down on my back, its not as hard

If you look at the little diagrams on the back or inside of condom boxes, they will say to get on your knees while on the bed, that this draws the most blood to your cock and keeps you hard to get the condom on, and as a better "attack" position. I tried discos advice. It has just been a couple of days, and still today I got a hard boner 3 times at the gym while training, that lasted for some minutes. Even if I dident want a boner at the time.

I suspect this got to be something mental and maby the blood flow is involved.

What do you say guys?

I have this same problem when I watch porn or try to measure. Kegels sound like a good idea to fix this, ill try it and let you know how it goes

Nobody said anything about their age, and I'm about to be officially "mid-40s" later this year, but I've noticed a steady decline in rigidity. It's never interfered with any functionality, but I get concerned anyway.

Did the little blue pill and that certainly perked it right up, but it became a bad erection in the other extreme. It was too hard and too rough. Felt like a damn billy club and detached from me, like a foreign object. My doc said to try to cut the pill in half, but that didn't make a difference.

Maybe you might need "daddy's little helper" to perk it up again. Make sure you get medical advice before you do anything about it, though.

i have the same problem. im 21. i used to get erections like crazy, and now i think i have mentally built up too much mental control over them and dont allow myself to relax enough to stay hard. I was watching "Talk Sex with Sue" if you are familiar with the show, and somone called in asking about this same topic. She said it is very very very normal and common. She said that it is natural for the penis to go from hard to semi hard continuously throughout intercourse due to the blood vessels trapping and then releasing blood. It is annoying though, i take some supplements sometimes that i think help a little, but i think the biggest thing is in the mind. also going without cumming for a few days helps too.
