I saw the movie last night. First off and most importantly, it was hilarious. Great movie. Secondly, in the brief nude scene(s) you can see the Segel has nothing to be ashamed of. Looked to be 4-5 COMPLETELY FLACCID. You can tell he didn't try to chub up or anything.

I too saw the movie yesterday, it was great. I laughed my ass off (also celebrating 420). Segel looked to be about average for a man his size (6'4 height), nothing to be ashamed of at all.
